Ms Talane is a corporate commercial attorney with over 10years post admission experience. She has garnered experience in Mergers and Acquisitions (M&As), structured and general finance (including loan transactions, preference shares and debt security structures), BEE transactions involving various funding and M&A characteristics and private equity transactions (including fund formation, M&As management arrangements, finance arrangements and post-formation investment transactions).

Ms Talane has advised financial institutions, development funding institutes, investment and private equity funds as well as government and governmental agencies.

She also provides deal structuring advisory services to clients regarding commercial and contractual matters.

In addition, Ms Talane is a member of the panel of approved Provisional Liquidators and Trustees of the Master of the High Court of South Africa.

Ms Ledwaba is a Chartered Financial Analyst with the CFA Institute. She is a financial modelling and valuation analyst, certified by the Corporate Finance Institute.

Ms Ledwaba has advised local and international clients, having garnered experience in structured finance, including term debt; restructuring and refinancing; mergers & acquisitions; strategic partnership structuring; financial modelling; corporate valuation and compilation of investment packs across the African continent. Her particular focus is on the public, retail, financial services, infrastructure, mining and industrial sectors.
